11:23 am My human's family is so weird. Not only do they have an indoor tree, but also, this morning, there were huge socks full of stuff leaning against the fireplace. After I finished sniffing them (you know, to make sure they weren't left by terrorists), the family took the stuff out and then tore paper off of a bunch of packages under the tree. But then they gave me a red and green ball with a bell in it to play with, so I guess they're OK. Current Mood: content Current Music: some weird Christmas music

05:10 pm Today my human took me to the vet. She zipped me up in the new bag she brought home, which is at least nicer than the old hard case, but I still yelled at her for daring to carry me around. At the vet's office there were a couple other cats around, and some strange people poked and prodded me. After they gave me back to her, it was raining, so we took the BART home instead of just walking. A few strangers came up to me and talked in gibberish. Weirdos.
